摘要
基于铣削镍基高温合金刀具耐用度的实验,结合铣削镍基高温合金的刀具磨损形态影响因素的分析,得出了铣削速度对刀具耐用度影响的数学模型,提出了合理的切削工艺参数,实例表明切削速度对刀具耐用度影响最大。
Based on nickel-based high-temperature alloy milling tool life experiments,combined with nickel-base superalloy milling tool wear form factors analysis,a mathematical model of milling speed on tool life impact of a mathematical model was obtained,a reasonable of cutting process parameters was put forward,examples show that cutting speed on tool life is most affected.
