摘要
采用多项式回归模型描述采煤机沿工作面方向倾角与刮板输送机每节中部槽倾角之间的对应关系,并由此获得准确的工作面底板起伏变化趋势。对任意底板起伏曲线进行验证,仿真结果与实际起伏趋势基本一致,误差较小,证明了该方法的有效性。
The relation between the shearer’s angle and conveyor’s angle of each trough can be modeled by relevant data and described by the polynomial regression model.The accurate floor undulation can be simulated based on the accurate angle of the each trough by use of the regression model.The result of the simulation is basically consistent with the actual floor undulation,and it has been proved that this method is effective in practical application.
