摘要
利用Pro/E软件建立ZF4800/17/28型液压支架三维实体模型,并在其机构模式下进行机构分析,将模型导入ANSYS Workbench进行有限元分析,着重分析了液压支架在顶梁扭转工况时的应力分布,通过对液压支架的机构与有限元分析,可以检查其能否达到极限高度、运动过程中是否存在干涉及主体结构件的应力特点,对液压支架原设计提出合理建议,为优化液压支架结构提供参考依据。
Using Pro/E software ZF4800/17/28 type hydraulic support the establishment of three-dimensional solid model,then,in its mechanism model,carry out mechanism analysis and model into ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis,focusing on analysis of hydraulic supports in the roof timber to reverse the condition when the stress distribution through the hydraulic support mechanism and finite element analysis,we can check its ability to reach the limits of height,exercise during the intervention and the existence of stress were the main structural parts of the characteristics of the original design of the hydraulic support reasonable proposals were put forward,in order to optimize the hydraulic support structure provides reference.
