摘要
内r数控立铣刀属于成形刀具,应用方便,切削效率高,加工质量好,但是设计与制造很复杂,选择和应用时必须掌握它的特点。几何参数是内r数控立铣刀的核心要素,主要分析其前角,进给后角和主后角的设计、形成、校核计算等,从而找到了一定的规律。
Numerical control end mill within the r belongs to the forming tool,it is applied easily and has high cutting efficiency,good processing quality,but the design and manufacture are very complex,so it is better to master its characteristics when choosing and using it.The geometric parameters is the core elements of the numerical control end mill within the r,some rules are concluded through analyzing the design,process,checking calculation,etc.of its anterior horn,feed posterior horn and primary posterior horn.
