摘要
设计了一种基于ARM的井下绞车液压制动在线监测系统。系统以绞车盘形闸的动态工作间隙、盘形闸贴闸油压、蝶簧产生的制动正压力和液压站油管油压为主要监测参数,设计了以S3C44B0X处理器核心,集数据采集与处理模块、人机交互模块、声光报警模块为一体的硬件电路。最后实现了被测信号的采集、处理、存储、显示,并及时反映故障问题。
One kind of online monitoring system for the hydraulic brake of the downhole winch based on ARM is designed.The main monitoring parameters of this system is the disc-brake working clearance,the pressure pushing the dish-brake,normal brake-force produced by disc spring,and the oil pressure of the hydraulic station tubing.Hardware circuit is designed with MCU core circuit、data acquisition circuit、man-machine interaction module、the sound and light alarm module.Finally this system can realize the acquisition,processing,storage and display of the measured signal and promptly reflect the problems of faults.
