摘要
基于短距离无线通信的ZigBee技术,设计了1种用于工业通信的无线网关。无线网关硬件设计采用了双处理器模式(AT91R40008和CC2430),2种处理器分别完成无线协议和有线协议的承载和转换。介绍了2种处理器的相关外围电路设计以及软件开发流程。为测试无线网关功能,针对工业应用搭建了工业无线测控系统,结果表明通过ZigBee无线网关能够使ZigBee设备能顺利接入有线工业控制网络,确保了数据的实时传输和可靠性,实现了有线控制网络对无线网络的数据监控。
The design of wireless gateway based on ZigBee technology is introduced.Double-CPU(AT91R40008 and CC2430) mode was adopted to load wired and wireless communication protocols.In order to test the function of wireless gateway,an industry wireless control system was set up.The testing results showed that ZigBee filed equipments could accesses wired control network by ZigBee wireless gateway and wireless gateway improved the expansibility of the system from wire network to wireless network.
