摘要
为了能够对离心泵进行故障诊断诊断,设计了离心泵故障诊断数据库系统。分析了离心泵在工作过程中的故障及其产生的原因。分析了故障诊断数据库系统的功能和组成。设计完整的离心泵故障诊断数据库系统。研究了离心泵故障诊断数据库系统推理机制。利用VC++编制了离心泵故障诊断数据库系统的实现软件。经过实际应用,取得了良好的经济效果。
In order to have fault diagnosis for centrifugal pump,the fault diagnosis database system was established.the reason leading to the fault of the centrifugal pump during its working was analyzed.Function and structure of the database was studied.The whole database fault diagnosis system was designed.The reasoning mechanism was studied.The software of the database diagnosis system was complied using VC ＋＋.The system achieved a good effective through actual application on the engineering.
