摘要
利用SPSS 13.0分析软件对蛋用黑羽鹌鹑开产日龄、开产蛋重、产蛋13周内的蛋重和蛋形指数变化规律进行分析,并建立最优回归方程。结果表明,黑羽鹌鹑开产日龄为52.6 d,开产蛋重为8.7 g,平均蛋重为11.2 g。蛋重随产蛋周龄的增加而有规律增加,其变化符合Cubic曲线,最优回归方程为Y1=8.838+0.891x-0.115x2+0.005x3(R2=0.976);蛋形指数随产蛋周龄的增加而有规律下降,其变化符合Cubic曲线,最优回归方程为Y2=0.782-0.006x+0.001x2-4.662×10-5x3(R2=0.800)。
In this study,the age at first laying,the average egg weight,the variational pattern for egg weight and egg shape index of black plumage quail during laying within 1-13 weeks were analyzed using SPSS 13.0 software and the optimal regression equation was established.The results showed that the age at first laying of black-feather quail is 52.6 days,the egg weight at first laying is 8.7g,the average egg weight is 11.2g.The egg weight is increased regularly with the increase of egg-week-old,the variational pattern accord with cubic-shaped curve,of which the optimal regression equation is Y1=8.838+0.891x-0.115x2+0.005x3(R^2=0.976).The egg shape index is declined regularly with the increase of egg-week-old,the variational pattern also accord with cubic-shaped curve,of which the optimal regression equation is Y2=0.782-0.006x+0.001x2-4.662×10^-5x3(R^2=0.800).
