摘要
学生评价是保证和提高教学质量的重要措施之一,但很多高校过度依赖于学生评价的结果,并以此作为奖惩教师的主要依据。运用统计学方法,对相关影响因子和学生评价做交互分析,结果表明影响学生评价的因素众多,用学生评价完全代替教学评价欠妥。建立一个更合理的教学评价制度,对促进教师发展,对提高教育质量,有着非常重要的现实意义。
Teaching evaluation is an important measure to ensure and improve the quality of teaching,which includes a great many aspects.But many colleges depend so much on students' evaluation that they use it as the main criterion to reward or punish teachers.In this paper,Statistical methods are used to analyze the interactivity between some affecting factors and students' evaluation.The results show that there are many factors affecting students' evaluation significantly,and that we should not replace the comprehensive teaching evaluation solely by students' evaluation.So to establish a more reasonable system has some practical significance for improve the development of teacher and the quality of teaching.
