摘要
基于几何约束数学方法对电站设备进行系统分析,其凝汽器管板设计采用参数化技术,在AutoCAD与VB的支持下实现交互自动生成系统.对凝汽器管板排管进行分析整理形成分析参数,并利用计算方法优化参数.利用VB设计绘图界面并与参数数据无缝连接,形成管束布管形式,输出AutoCAD脚本程序文件,导入AutoCAD软件自动输出管束排布图形,大大提高凝汽器管板设计的效率和质量.
The power station equipment was analyzed by using the mathematical methods based on geometric constraints. The condenser tube plate was designed by using a parametric technology. The interactive automatic generation system was realized with the support of AutoCAD and VB. Rowing of the condenser tube plate was analyzed to form analytical parameters and optimize the parameters. The VB was used to design drawing interfaces which connect seamlessly with the parameter data to form a fabric tube bundle form and the output of AutoCAD script file. The output AutoCAD script file imported into AutoCAD software automatically output tubes-arranged graphics. The efficiency and quality of condenser tube plate design were greatly improved.
