克乌成品油管道复线试压爆管的原因 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了克乌成品油管道复线的工程概况和投产试压过程中发生的2次爆管事故。从管材强度和管体缺陷、高频焊接制管工艺、制管流程的质量控制等方面分析了管道投产试压爆管的影响因素。对可能导致克乌成品油管道复线投产爆管的原因进行排查,认为该管道投产试压过程中不存在水压试验压力超过钢管本身的屈服极限,以及环境温度和水温过低的问题。焊缝质量不合格,疏于生产过程控制环节的质量检测,钢管本身力学性能要求存在问题,以及钢管经过工厂环节试压和强度试压导致内部缺欠扩展开裂,可能是试压爆管的主要原因。 Project general of Karamay-Urumqi Oil Products Parallel Pipeline and fracture accidents at 2 pipe sections during pressure test are introduced.Influencing factors in pressure test are discussed from pipe material strength/pipe body defects,high-frequency welding pipe manufacturing process and quality control of manufacturing process workflow.Possibility to result in pipe fracture is analyzed,and following factors,that is,test pressure exceeded the yield limit of pipe itself,lower environment temperature and water temperature,are rejected.While factors in welds quality below standard,failure to inspect the pipe quality in control link during manufacturing,incomplete mechanical property in pipe steel itself as well as propagating and cracking of pipe from its inner defects induced by yard pressure test and strength test are the possible fracture cause.And in final,the fracture accidents come down to management factor.
