摘要
目的探讨手机辐射对氧化低密度脂蛋白诱导的泡沫细胞形成的影响。方法将鼠源性单核巨噬细胞RAW 264.7细胞分为三个组:对照组织、氧化低密度脂蛋白组和氧化低密度脂蛋白+手机辐射组。氧化低密度脂蛋白组以50 mg/L氧化型低密度脂蛋白培育细胞48 h诱导巨噬细胞泡沫化,而氧化低密度脂蛋白+手机辐射组细胞在50 mg/L氧化型低密度脂蛋白培育的同时接受定期的手机辐射。结果与氧化低密度脂蛋白组相比,氧氧化低密度脂蛋白+手机辐射组细胞中总胆固醇、游离胆固醇、胆固醇脂显著性增加(P<0.05),有更多的脂滴存在。结论手机辐射能促进氧化低密度脂蛋白诱导的泡沫细胞形成。
Objective To explore the effects of radiation of handportable mobilephone on the formation of foam cells induced by oxidized low density lipoprotein in RAW 264.7 macrophages.Methods RAW 264.7 macrophages were divided randomly into three groups: control group,oxidized low density lipoprotein(Ox-LDL) group,Ox-LDL + radiation group.Macrophages were incubated with 50 mg/l Ox-LDL for 48 h to induce foam cell.The radiation of handportable mobilephone was administered every 2 h from 8:00 AM to 20:00 PM.Results Compared with the Ox-LDL group,the levels of intracellular total cholesterol,free cholesterol and cholesteryl ester were increased significantly and there were more lipid droplets in cells in Ox-LDL + radiation group.Condusion The radiation of handportable mobilephone accelerates the formation of foam cells induced by oxidized low density lipoprotein in RAW 264.7 macrophages.
