摘要
在分析与智能塑壳式断路器配套使用的铁心电流互感器的结构原理及传统设计基础上,提出了一种新的有取向硅钢片代替无取向硅钢片的优化设计。采用纵向增加补偿硅钢片,有效补偿纵向硅钢片导磁截面积不足;利用条形硅钢片之间特定的衔接方式,解决条型硅钢片固定困难的问题;合理改进硅钢片加工工艺,以提高其取向性。该优化设计在不增加电流互感器体积的前提下,大大提高其抗磁饱和能力,更加满足智能塑壳式断路器的测量范围和保护精度。
Based on the structual principle and traditional design of core-type current transformer for intelligent moulded case circuit breaker, a new optimum design which using grain-oriented electrical steel replace non-oriented silicon steel sheet was proposed, compensating silicon steel sheet was added in the longitudinal to compensate the insufficient of magnetic sectional area of longitudinal silicon steel effectively. The problem of fixed difficulties for strip silicon steel was solved by particular attended mode. The performance of orientation was increased by impro- ving processing technic of silicon steel reasonable. The magnetic saturation performance of current transformer was improved and the measurement range and protect accuracy of the intelligent moulded case circuit breake was more satisfied by this optimum design without augmenting volume of current transformer.
