摘要
在管理的组织、目标、环境及管理的核心对象等方面,古今"管理"的内涵大异其趣。管理学领域谈论古代管理思想"今用",当是探讨它如何运用在现代商务活动的管理上。中国古代管理思想的普世价值观可以弥补以西方管理理论为主体的现代管理学在管理哲学上的不足,它作为民族文化积淀,既是现代管理必须正视的管理环境,也是企业文化的源泉。现实管理中,古代管理思想的普世价值观应与现实管理情境相结合,其管理理念应与现代管理方法相结合。
The implication of today’s management is considerably different from that of ancient management in its organization,aim,environment,core object and so on.Touching the value of ancient management thought in field of management,it is natural to make it serve modern business management.The universal value involved in Chinese ancient management thought can make up for the shortage of modern management thought which keeps western management theory in a dominant position.As national cultural accumulation,ancient management thought is not only inevitable environment for modern management,but also source of enterprise culture.However management research and practice should use realistic man as foothold and a point of departure,and management in nature is a series of method,so we should give an objective appraisal to ancient management thought.
