高校着力建设以社会主义核心价值体系为主要内容的校园文化,是高等教育改革发展的需要,也是强化德育教育功能的需要。用科学发展观指导校园文化建设,需要将科学发展观以人为本的核心、发展的要义、统筹兼顾的根本方法等应用于校园文化体系建设的各个环节,解决目前校园文化建设中存在的问题,充分发挥校园文化育人的功能,积极营造文明、健康、向上、规范的校园文化氛围。

University focus on building with socialist core value system as the main contents of the campus culture is not only the need of higher education reform and development,but also of strengthening moral education function.We should use the scientific development concept as the guidance in the construction of campus culture,so as to solve the current problems in campus culture,give full play to the functions of campus culture,and create the civilized,healthy,upward,and standardized campus cultural atmosphere.
