摘要
随着全球经济一体化的发展,越来越多的组织跨越了国界,企业文化的异质性、多元性日益突出,给企业跨文化的管理沟通带来了新问题。文章从语用的视角出发,分析了民族文化传统语境对跨文化管理沟通造成的障碍,并提出了相应的解决对策。
With the development of global economic integration,more and more enterprises have crossed the national boundaries.The heterogeneity and diversity of corporate culture are becoming increasingly prominent,which has brought about new problems of cross-culture management and communication.From the perspective of pragmatics,this paper analyzes the obstacles of cross-culture management of enterprises in the context of national cultural tradition and suggests the correspondent countermeasures.
