摘要
研究了以废旧橡胶粉和聚乙烯树脂为主要原料混合挤出微孔渗水管的各种因数及其制造工艺,研究了橡塑配比对其渗水速率、渗水均匀性和拉伸强度的影响,并有效通过调整发泡活化体系使橡塑渗灌管渗水性能与其拉伸强度之间得到应用平衡。实验结果表明,橡塑渗灌管生产工艺是决定其渗水性能和效果的关键因素。所以,挤出机各段温度、螺杆转速以及牵引速度等因素都会对渗水速率和渗水的稳定性产生很大的影响。
In this article,some factors and the manufacture technology of porous plastic pipe made from used rubber and plastic which through extrusive method will be studied.At the same time,we will study that the ratio between rubber and plastic is how to influence the water seepage rate,the water seepage uniformity and tensile strength.We hope to get a good balance between the water seepage performance and tensile strength by adjusting foam activation system.The results show that,the key factor of the water seepage performance and its results is the progress of the water seepage pipe.So,we know that some factors including the temperature of extensive machine,the rotate speed of screw and the speed of tow machine comes to quite influence on the water seepage rate and the water seepage stability.
