摘要
针对纯天然橡胶雨刷片在耐磨性、耐候性等性能方面较差的缺点,研究了NR/TPI并用胶在雨刷片上的应用,主要从TPI用量、硫化体系、补强体系及最后的配方整合及优化等方面进行了实验和讨论。结果表明,采用以NOBS为主促进剂的CV体系、白炭黑/炭黑并用补强体系以及并用18份8#TPI用量时,胶料在保持原配方一般力学性能的基础上,改善了原配方胶料的耐磨耗性能、热氧老化性能和动态疲劳性能以及回弹性能。
This article research the application of NR /TPI blending on wiper blade for the bad heat-aging property and ab-rasion property of nature rubber.The experiment was mainly based on the amount of TPI,curing system,reinforcement sys-tem and the final formula optimization,and other aspects of integration.The results showed that abrasion property and heat-aging property,flex fatigue property and resilence property was improved,and it enable the formula had higher retention of mechanical properties when we use CV system with NOBS accelerator,Silicia /carbon black reinforcement and the amount 8 # TPI at 18 phr.
