A Research into the Model for the Endogenous Growth of Enterprise Technology Innovation Capability

企业内生技术创新能力主要体现在三个方面,即人力资本支持能力、结构资本支持能力和物质资本支持能力。笔者将技术创新能力的三个方面作为技术创新能力的三种投入,根据道格拉斯函数和动态增长方程,建立了企业技术创新能力内生增长模型。

Enterprise endogenous technology innovation capability is embodied in three aspects： human capital tenability, structural capital tenability, and physical capital tenability. The authors take the three aspects of technology innovation capability as three inputs of technology innovation capability, based on Cobb Douglas function and dynamic growth equation, the authors build the endogenous growth model of enterprise technology innovation capability.
