持续口服盐酸伐地那非治疗勃起功能障碍的临床分析 被引量：8

摘要 目的比较持续口服与按需服用盐酸伐地那非(艾力达)治疗勃起功能障碍(ED)患者的疗效。方法将40例ED患者随机分成两组,一组每日口服艾力达治疗2个月,另一组则按需服用,剂量均为10mg。在治疗前后分别记录患者国际勃起功能问卷调查表得分及治疗前后的NPT检查结果。结果两组患者治疗后主要疗效指标均高于治疗前,两组治疗前后指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。长期服用组与按需服用组之间指标也有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论每天口服艾力达较按需服用更能改善勃起功能且安全、有效。
