低场MR FLAIR序列在脑梗塞诊断中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价液体衰减反转恢复序列(FLAIR)在低场MR成像中对脑梗塞诊断的应用价值。方法 98例患者均做FSET2WI及FLAIR扫描。FSET2WI:TR/TE=3400/125ms。FLAIR:TR/TE/TI=6200/104/1650。结果 FSET2WI检出梗塞病灶321个;FLAIR检出病灶395个,其中FLAIR发现软化灶52个。FLAIR较T2WI多检出的病灶,大部分位于脑室旁、脑表面及半卵圆中心。结论 FLAIR序列是颅脑MR成像的重要扫描技术,它抑制了脑脊液(CSF)的信号,而又保存了FSET2WI对病变检出敏感的优点,提高了对病变的检出率。
