摘要
In this paper,the content of heavy metals in Isatis indigotica Fort and their roots of soil was detected by using AAS.Absorption and accumulation of heavy metals in radix istatidid and folium isatidis demonstrated a marked difference.Folium isatidishad an enrichment effect on the assimilation of Zn and Mn,Radix istatidid an enrichment effect on the assimilation of Zn.The speciation characteristics of heavy metals in soil are studied.For Fe and Mn,the main fraction is Fe/Mn Oxies bound,for Cu and Zn,the main fraction is organic bound,for Pb the main fraction is carbonate bound.The biological mobility exists in transfer of heavy metals from soil to Chinese Traditional herbs.
