摘要
目的:研究鸭跖草(Commelina communis)的化学成分。方法:鸭跖草用乙醇提取,所获得提取物分别用石油醚和乙酸乙酯分离出萃取物,经柱色谱及薄层色谱方法进行进一步纯化,通过波谱解析鉴定结构。结果:分离到9个化合物,鉴定为豆甾醇(stigmasterol,Ⅰ)、谷甾醇(sitosterol,Ⅱ)、丁香酸(syringic acid,Ⅲ)、月桂酸(dodecanoic acid,Ⅳ)、香豆酸(coumaricacid,Ⅴ)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,Ⅵ)、木犀草素(luteolin,Ⅶ)、芹菜素(apigenin,Ⅷ)、3,3′,4′,7-四甲氧基黄酮(3,3′,4′,7-tetramethoxyflavone,Ⅸ)。结论:化合物1、4、7、8和9为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM: To study the chemical constituents of Commelina communis L. METHODS: Commelina communis L. was extracted by ethanol. Preto-ether and ethyl acetate was respectively added to the ethanol extract obtained and isolated and purified further by column chromatography,and their structures were elucidated by spec-tral analyses. RESULTS: Nine compounds,stigmasterol(Ⅰ),sitosterol(Ⅱ),syringic acid(Ⅲ),dodecanoic acid (Ⅳ),coumaric acid(Ⅴ),daucosterol(Ⅵ),luteolin(Ⅶ),apigenin(Ⅷ),and 3,3′,4′,7-tetramethoxyflavone (Ⅸ) were isolated from the whole plant of Commelina communis L. CONCLUSION: The compounds Ⅰ,Ⅳ,Ⅶ, Ⅷ and Ⅸ are isolated from Commelina communis L. for the first time.
