摘要
肯吉亚克油田地层古老,可钻性差,机械钻速低,如何有效地提高该油田钻井速度一直是中哈长城钻井公司致力研究的课题。利用聚类方法对肯吉亚克油田48口已钻井各开次平均机械钻速进行分析,把肯吉亚克油田地层分为3个区域,利用效益指数法对各区域已用钻头进行评价,优选出了该区域使用效果最好的钻头,给出了各区块钻头选型结果。把该结果应用于2009年底新开钻井的钻头选型,结果表明,其二开平均机械钻速较以前提高22%。
Kenkyiak oilfield has the features of age-old strata,poor drillabillity and low penetration rate.Kenkiyak oilfield was divided into three areas according to average ROP in each section of 48 drilled wells by cluster analysis.The used bits in each area were evaluated by using benefit index method and the bit which has the best performance in each geologic horizon was chosen.The suggestions for the bit selection in the areas were presented.The methods of bit selection were used in wells drilled at the end of 2009,the results showed that the average ROP of these wells in 12-1/4' section was increased by 22%.
