川西须家河深层岩石力学性质及可钻性研究

STUDY ON MECHANICAL PROPERTY AND DRILLABILITY OF ROCK IN SICHUAN XUJIAHE DEEP RESERVOIR

川西须家河深层岩性致密,石英含量高,研磨性强,硬度高,可钻性差,钻井机械钻速普遍很低,严重制约了川西地区深层油气勘探开发事业的发展。文章通过大量的室内试验研究,获得了岩石抗压强度、研磨性、硬度等岩石力学性质和可钻性参数,并通过对岩石的可钻性级值与测井资料之间的相关性分析,拟合出适用于这一层位的PDC钻头可钻性分析预测函数。并通过对岩石力学性质剖面曲线的分析研究,总结出了川西须家河深部地层对PDC钻头工作性能的几点要求,为深入开展PDC钻头个性化设计提供了重要的理论依据和指导思想。

The Xujiahe deep reservoir in Sichuan basin has some features,such as tight rock,high quartz content,strong abrasive property,poor drillabillity and low ROP etc.,these features have severely restricted the oil and gas exploration and development in western Sichuan area.Through laboratory experiment,the rock mechanical property and drillabillity parameters including compression strength,abrasive property and hardness etc.were obtained.Based on the analysis of the correlation between the rock drillability values and the logging data,the anticipation function of PDC bit drillability analysis was fitted.And through profile curve analysis of the rock mechanical properties,the PDC bit performance suited for the Xujiahe deep reservoir was summarized.All those provided an important theoretical basis and guiding ideology for the personalized design of PDC bit suited for this reservoir.
