摘要
塔中地区目的层奥陶系地质情况复杂,H2S含量极高,易喷易漏,含盐水层,钻井液密度窗口窄,钻井施工难度大。针对这一技术难题,塔里木油田公司首次引进了精细控压钻井技术,在国内首次实现了塔中Ⅰ号地区超深、超长水平段位移井的精细控压钻进。该技术的成功应用,标志着我国的钻井工艺技术水平跨上了一个新的台阶,为塔中地区精细控压钻井打下了扎实的基础,并积累了丰富的实践经验,同时也为以后在其它地区实施精细控压钻井作业提供了技术借鉴依据。
The geologic condition of the Ordovician formation in Tarim oilfield is quite complex.It has high content of H2S.The wells in this area are easy to blowout or lost circulation in drilling process.There is salt water reservoir in the formation and safety mud density window is quite narrow.All of these make great challenge for the drilling operation in the area.To solve this technical problem,Tarim Oilfield Company introduced into the precise managed pressure drilling(MPD) technology for the first time and was applied successfully in the ultra-deep,ultra-long horizontal displacement interval well in Tarim No.1 area.This successful application of precise MPD technology indicated that drilling technique in China reached a new level,and provided technical basis for the coming MPD operation in other areas.
