提高天然植物胶钻井液完井液体系抗温能力的途径 被引量:1

STUDY ON APPROACH OF THE TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE STABILITY OF PLANT GUM DRILLING & COMPLETION FLUID SYSTEMS

摘要 天然植物胶钻井液完井液体系最大的优点是维护简单、无毒,可实现自然降解,有利于环境保护,但是天然植物胶钻井液完井液体系最大的缺点是高温不稳定性,要使其广泛应用,就必须提高体系的抗温能力。试验结果表明,天然植物胶钻井液完井液体系中加入SMP-Ⅰ、SMC提高体系的抗温能力有所提高,但抗温效果不是很明显,而加入聚合醇能够显著提高体系的抗温能力,同时钻井液性能又能满足现场钻进作业的要求。 The main advantages of the natural plant gums drilling & completion fluid system are simple-maintenance,non-toxic,and implementing natural degradation.Those advantages benefit for environment protection.But the most disadvantages are instability under the condition of the high temperature.In order to widely apply the natural plant gums drilling &completion fluid system,the temperature resistance stability must be enhanced.The experiment demonstrated adding SMP-Ⅰand SMC into the system,the effectiveness of the temperature resistance stability was not good and adding polyalcohol into the system,the effectiveness of the temperature resistance stability was very good.
