放牧陇东绒山羊矿物质营养的检测和分析

Analysis on Mineral Nutrients for Longdong Cashmere Goats

为提出放牧陇东绒山羊矿物元素的补饲方案,针对庆阳地区特殊的土壤状况,检测了陇东绒山羊血液生化指标和被毛中矿物元素的含量,并结合临床病症的观察,对其营养状况进行了综合分析。结果表明,放牧陇东绒山羊严重缺硒少磷;摄入的铁和铜已达中毒剂量;锌、钙和钴元素能基本满足羊只的生理代谢需求;锰的营养状况和营养需要量的结果不一致。建议把铁质饮水槽换成木质或塑料饮水槽,并对硒、磷进行补饲。

The blood biochemistry index and mineral element content in hair of Longdong cashmere goat were determined based on clinical observation to propose the supplementary feeding scheme of mineral elements for Longdong cashmere goat according to the special soil status in Qingyang region.The results showed that there was severe Se and P deficiency in Longdong cashmere goat,Fe and Cu intake of Longdong cashmere goat reached the toxic dosage level,Zn,Ca and Co elements could meet the demand of physiological metabolism and the Mn nutrition status did not accord with the result of nutrition demand quantity.Therefore,the irony water troughs should be replaced by woody or plastic troughs,and Se and P elements should be supplemented for grazing Longdong cashmere goat.
