摘要
为研究对虾养殖体系中进水与菌剂对细菌群落结构的持续影响,采用PCR-DGGE技术对上海奉贤某南美白对虾养殖场的细菌群落进行了研究。结果表明,在养殖系统中占优势地位的细菌一直在变化。受到周边河流影响的中池细菌多样性较低;在7—8月养殖季节中,几个养殖池内的细菌相似性变化较大。表明,养殖系统内细菌的变化规律较复杂,而投撒的商用菌剂有可能无法占到优势地位,会被其他细菌所替代。测序结果显示,微球菌、芽孢杆菌、放线菌等均为交替占据优势,并无绝对优势菌群。
The bacterial community in an aquaculture farm of Litopenaeus vannamei was analyzed by PCR-DGGE to study the continuous effect of water inflow and applying bactericide on bacterial community structure in the aquaculture system of Litopenaeus vannamei.The results showed that the dominant bacteria changes in the aquaculture system all the time,the bacterial diversity in the middle pond affected by the river was lower,there was great difference in bacterial similarity among tested aquaculture ponds during the aquaculture season from July to August,which indicated that the bacterial change regulation in the aquaculture system was complex and the applied commercial bacteria might be replaced by other bacteria caused by water inflow.The sequencing result showed that Micrococcus luteus,Bacillus cereus,Flavobacteria bacterium and Atopobium parvulum were main dominant bacterial communities alternately and there was no absolute dominant bacterial community.
