摘要
贵州省某野生动物园突发1例金丝猴死亡病例,为确诊病因,通过细菌学检测和病理组织学观察对病死金丝猴进行了综合诊断。结果表明,细菌学分离为阴性;病理组织学观察,可见部分组织器官的正常结构破坏、消失,被大量分化不成熟的淋巴瘤细胞所替代,确诊该金丝猴患有淋巴肉瘤。
The results from comprehensively diagnosing a dead Rhinopithecus roxellanae by bacteriological testing and pathomorphological observation showed that the bacteriological isolation was negative,and the normal structure of some tissue organs was damaged,disappeared and replaced by mass immature differentiated lymphosarcoma cells.It was confirmed that the Rhinopithecus roxellanae suffered from lymphphosarcoma.
