摘要
以关岭自治县为例,讨论了基于生物多样性保护的土地开发整理复垦的分区原则,阐明了基于生物多样性保护的土地开发整理复垦分区的方法,将关岭自治县划分为2个一级区和5个二级区;在总结各二级分区特点的基础上,提出了各二级分区的土地开发整理复垦方向,以引导关岭自治县土地开发整理复垦活动向可持续、有序、合理分布的方向发展。
The paper discusses the regionalization principle and method of land development,consolidation and reclamation based on biodiversity protection by taking Guanling county as an example,and proposes the direction of land development,consolidation and reclamation of five sub-regions based on characteristics of various sub-regions for leading sustainable,ordered and fair distribution development of land development,consolidation and reclamation in Guanling.
