摘要
设计一种数字化焊机的人机交互系统可以体现焊机数字化所带来的优越性。介绍了一种大功率中频逆变电焊机人机交互系统的设计,该交互系统采用上、下位机的方式,上位机为基于Windows的PC机,PC上运行与操作人员交互的焊机管理界面,该管理界面采用VC6.0编写,具备多控制器管理,参数设置,实时数据监控等功能;下位机为选用ARM主控制器的管理系统,该系统通过RS232或网络方式与上位机进行交互,同时通过SPI接口与DSP进行通信,并通过IO接收检测系统的信号。该系统功能强大,可以实现友好、安全的人机交互功能。
The design of the interactive system for digitized welders embodies the superiority brought by welder digitization.this article introduces an interactive system design for an inverting resistance welder which is high-power medium-frequency.The interactive system employs upper-lower computer mode.The upper PC,with Windows OS,runs the management interface interacting with the operation staff which is developed in VC6.0 and possesses many functions such as multi-controller management,parameter setting and real-time data monitor etc.The lower computer which adopts the management system based on ARM,interact with the upper one by RS232 or network,and communicate via SPI with DSP,receiving signals of detecting system via IO.The powerful system can realize friendly and safe man-machine interaction.
