摘要
针对逆变焊接存在的困难和缺点,设计了数字控制的焊接逆变电源,通过数字控制实现电焊机逆变电源恒流控制,其实现方法是通过负载电流取样并通过数字PI调节,控制开关管的导通,使其焊接电流恒定,达到焊接工艺的要求。通过理论分析和基于DSP芯片控制的实验验证了该控制系统的稳定性和可靠性,并能适时的调节逆变电源输出交流电流的大小,同时该方法能提高焊接效率、降低能耗,提高焊接质量。
In order to overcome the difficulty and shortage of the inverter welding power source.In this paper we design a digital control of inverter welding power source,aiming to realize constant-current control.The control scheme with load current compensation is based on sensing the current in the inductor of the load filter and using it in an inner feedback loop.An outer voltage feedback loop is also incorporated to ensure that the load voltage is sinusoidal and well regulated.Theoretic Study and DSP experiment validate inverter stability and reliability.It is shown that the control scheme offers improved performance measures over existing schemes.This way can improve work efficiency,good welding and reduce electricity power.
