摘要
通过对乙烯装置高压汽包用低合金高强钢13MnNiMoR的焊接性分析,按选择的焊材和工艺参数进行了工艺试验,焊接接头的力学性能满足使用要求。根据工艺评定制定的焊接工艺成功完成了产品制造,对今后同类材料的焊接有参考意义。
Upon weldability analysis of the low alloy high strength steel 13MnNiMoR for high pressure steam drum of an ethylene plant,a welding procedure qualification test has been conducted based on selected welding consumables and processing parameters,with the result that the weld joint mechanical properties can meet the requirements of the base metal.The qualified welding procedure contributes to successfully accomplish the manufacturing of the products,and in the meantime provides a meaningful guidance for the welding of similar materials in future.
