布鲁氏杆菌感染和免疫模型动物血清学与细菌学检测的比较研究

摘要 用布鲁氏杆菌强毒感染、弱毒疫苗免疫制备模型实验动物,采集不同时段各个试验组的血清、全血、脏器样品(心、肝、脾、肺、肾、睾丸或子宫、淋巴),进行虎红平板凝集试验、试管凝集试验、补体结合试验、细菌培养及PCR等检测。分析攻毒组和免疫组之间、免疫组之间的血清学与细菌学检测诊断的差异。结果表明:感染和免疫、免疫组相互间的不同血清学与细菌学检测均受到时段的限定。 In this experiment,Brucellosis virulent,attenuation vaccine were prepared animal infection modle.Samples were collected at different times within serum or viscera and were detected Rose Bengal Test,Serius agglutination Test,Complement Fixation Test,bacterial culture and Polymerase chain reacition.The results were subjected to periods of limited by on detection serology and bacteriology.
