摘要
本文通过随机抽取490名藏族大学生进行就业心理压力与社会支持的问卷调查,以期探讨青海藏族大学生就业心理压力和社会支持的关系。结果表明藏族大学生的就业心理压力和社会支持分别在性别、家庭收入、是否班干部、是否参加社会实践等方面存在差异;而且藏族大学生就业心理压力中的家庭因素、个人因素和压力总分与社会支持中的客观支持、主观支持和支持总分之间呈显著性负相关;藏族大学生的就业心理压力和社会支持之间互有预测性。说明建构社会支持的质量、平衡的社会支持网络、支持的利用度对缓解藏族大学生就业心理压力起着十分重要的作用,甚至对其他地区或群体有参照意义。
Based on 490 questionnaires,this paper want to discuss the relationship between career pressure and social support in Tibetan undergraduates.The results indicated that gender,family income,class cadre or not and social practice or not affected the career mentality and social support.There is negative correlation between the total points of family factors,personal factors and press in Tibetan undergraduates and the points of objective support,subjective support and support in social supports.Career pressure and social support can predict each other.Above results showed that the quality of social support,balanceable social support wet and utilizing degree of support all play important roles in relaxing the career psychological pressure,even have referential criterion to the other areas or populations.
