摘要
以固体超强酸TiO_2/SO^(2-)_4为催化剂,利用微波辐射技术,使丙烯酸和正丁醇酯化合成丙烯酸丁酯.最佳合成条件为:醇酸比1:1.2、催化剂用量8% 、阻聚剂用量0.06%、微波辐射时间120s、微波功率600W,产率86.8%.
The n - butyl acrylate was synthesized by esterification of n - butyl alcohol and acrylicacid with TiO2/ SO4 2- as catalyst under microwave irradiation. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the ratio of n - butyl alcohol to acrylic acid was 1: 1.2, catalyst, retarder, microwave power, and microwave irradiation time were 8% , 0.06% , 600W and 120s respectively. The yield was 86.8% .
