高校教学全面质量管理运行模式探索

University Teaching Quality TQM Model Exploration

随着我国高等教育大众化时代的到来,传统的教学质量管理模式已不能满足当今社会对人才的多样化需求。文章把全面质量管理引入到高校的教学质量管理中,对其整体运行模式进行了探索性研究。

It is assumed that with the coming of the mass higher education,the traditional teaching quality control system cannot meet the social demands on the diverse professionals.This paper makes an exploratory study on the completed operation model of TQM after its introduction into teaching quality control in the higher education institutions.
