摘要
对远程教育学习者学习成绩影响因素的实证研究发现:远程教学机构提供的学习资源越多、教师的教学方法与学习者的学习风格越匹配、教辅人员对学习者的支持越到位,那么学习者的学习成绩显著更高;学习者与同学之间的互动越多,学习者的学习成绩显著更高。
The empirical study of the influencing factors to the distance education learners shows that the more learning resources the distance education institutions supply,the more matching between the teaching methods and the styles of the students,the more supporting the staff afford,and the more of interaction between learners,the higher of the learners’ academic achievement..
