摘要
随着机载光电设备对远距红外小目标探测能力要求的日益提高,如何提高目标检测性能成了一个热门的研究方向。研究图像非均匀性对目标检测性能指标的影响也成为一个具有重要工程意义的课题。针对红外焦平面图像两点校正后的图像特点,通过理论推导和实验仿真,分析了图像非均匀性大小与信噪比、检测概率和虚警率的关系。
With the increasing requirement to the capability of airborne EO equipment for detecting small target at long distance,how to improve the target detecting performance becomes a focus of study,and the study of the image nonuniformity's effect on target detection is also of great engineering significance.Considering the characteristics of the focal plane detector image corrected by two-point correction method,the relationship between image nonuniformity and SNR,detection probability,false alarm probability was analyzed through theoretic analysis and simulation.
