摘要
原醋酸回收系统脱除丙酮的丙酮汽提塔效率很低,损失大量己烷。经改造后的脱丙酮系统脱丙酮的效率提高,己烷损失减少。每年可节约成本40多万元,延长了设备的使用寿命。介绍了对丙酮汽提塔系统的工艺改造过程。
After renovation the acetone stripping tower raises its efficiency,which was rather low in original acetic acid recovery system for removing acetone.As its former loss in hexane is reduced,the cost can be cut down more than 400 thousand RMB yuan annually,and the service life of facilities can be prolonged.
