平面变压器在逆变电源中的应用

Application of Plane High Frequency Transformers in Inverters

设计制作了500,1000,3000,5000W等容量的平面变压器替代高频链逆变电源原有的传统高频变压器,并进行了实验验证,实验结果表明平面变压器在体积、效率、电能质量、温升、漏感等方面都优于传统高频变压器,提高了逆变电源的性能指标,具有一定的工程应用价值。

Plane high frequency transformers such as 500,1 000,3 000 and 5 000 W ect were designed to replace existing traditional high frequency transformers in high frequency link inverters. Experimental results show plane transformers are better than traditonal high frequency transformers in volume,efficiency,power quality,temperature rise and inductance leakage etc aspects,having raised performance index of inverters,with certain engineering application value.
