Power Quality On-Line Monitoring and Analyzing System Based on VC

提高电能质量数据监测和管理的有效性是解决电力系统电能质量问题的前提条件。针对现有的电能质量监测系统的不足,设计了基于VC的电能质量上位机监控软件。阐述了该软件的功能,给出了软件通信部分、数据库接口、人机界面显示以及邮件提醒功能的部分流程图及源代码。该软件按国标要求设计,具有一定的实用价值。

Improving the effect of power quality monitoring and management is very important in resolving the power quality problem.To overcome some disadvantages of the current power quality monitoring system,a principal computer monitoring system of power quality based on VC was designed.The functions of the software were described in detail.Some flow charts and source codes for communication,database interface,human-machine interface and mail notifier were included.The software is designed in accordance with the national standards,so it does have some practical values.
