6 500 MVA Impact-Generator Structural Features

摘要 介绍了6500MVA冲击发电机的基本参数,分析了其定子和转子的结构特点,给出了发电机风路示意图。该冲击发电机采用座式轴承支撑转子,简化了端盖及轴承处的结构;采用静止励磁系统给转子提供励磁;采用外鼓风方式来冷却机内空气;采用下出线方式引出试验电压和电流。运行结果表明,最大峰值电流可达320kA,反复冲击下绕组固定结构未出现异常。 Introduction was made to basic parameters of the 6 500 MVA impact-generators,structural features of their stators and rotors analyzed and the impact-generators’ wind-path schematic diagram given.The impact-generators adopted seat bearing to support their rotors and simplify the structure of the end-cover and bearing part;adopting static excitation system to provide rotor with excitation;external wind-blowing method to cool air inside the machine;and low leadout method to test voltages and currents.Operation result shows that maximum current can reach 320 kA and any abnormality of the fixed winding structure does not take place under repeated impacts.
