摘要
文章着重于研究标准样品制备中的测量数据分析技术。通过对标准样片各参数的测量数据进行分析考核处理,从而保证标准样片的重复性、稳定性程度、量值溯源到国家或国际标准的实现程度、特性量值给定程序和不确定度的确定过程等。
This paper foueses on the data processing method for reference material preparation. By analyzing the metrical data of reference materials (RMs), the process of repeatability and stability verification, rational uncertainty estimation, the tracebility of the value of a quantity, the certified value of reference sample are detailed in the paper.
