摘要 针对虚拟仪器迅速发展中不确定度难以评定的问题,分析了其不确定度的主要来源和评定遇到的主要问题,并提出了相应的解决方案。 Virtual instruments are being widely used nowadays, however the uncertainty evaluation has always been a tough probIem. This paper discussed the main sources of uncertainty, analyzes the problems existed in uncertainty evaluation and presents corresponding solutions.
