镍基裂解汽油一段加氢催化剂钝化方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 在500 mL绝热床评价装置上,分别采用直馏石脑油和不同馏分(C6-C7,C5-C7,C5-C8,C5-C9)的裂解汽油一段加氢产品为钝化原料,对镍基催化剂LY-2008的钝化和投油开工过程进行了考察。结果表明,烯烃含量较低(双烯值不大于2.50×10^-2g/g)的裂解汽油一段加氢产品可代替直馏石脑油作为镍基催化剂的钝化原料,钝化过程中温度分布合理,操作平稳,钝化效果较好,钝化后的产品油可以直接进行二段加氢,且钝化后的投油开工过程易于控制。 The passivation and starting up process for the nickel-based catalyst LY-2008 were conducted in a 500mL adiabatic reactor using straight-run naphtha and the first stage hydrogenation products of different pyrolysis gasoline fractions(C6-C7,C5-C7,C5-C8,C5-C9) as the passivators.The results showed that the product of the first stage hydrogenation with lower content of olefin(the dienes value no more than 2.50×10-2g/g) could be substituted for straight-run naphtha as the passivating raw material.The process of passivation was of reasonable bed temperature distribution,smooth operation and excellent passivation effect.And the oil product after passivation could be directly hydrogenated in the second stage hydrogenation.So the start-up had the advantage of easy control.
