摘要
考察了聚合反应温度、助催化剂三乙基铝(TEA)加入量及H2加入量对丙烯聚合催化剂PC-1催化活性及聚合物性能的影响,并与同类工业催化剂N和CS-1进行了对比。结果表明,反应温度为70℃时催化剂PC-1的活性最高,为32.0 kg/g;随TEA加入量的增大其活性亦逐渐提高;H2可有效调节催化剂PC-1的活性及聚合物的熔体流动速率。与催化剂N和CS-1相比,催化剂PC-1的各项物性和其相近,且在相同的聚合条件下,PC-1具有更高的活性和立构规整能力,所得聚合物颗粒细粉(大于80目)质量分数仅为0.62%。
The influence of polymerization temperature,the quantity of triethylaluminium(TEA) and hydrogen on the activity of catalyst PC-1 and the properties of the resultant polymers were studied with similar industial catalysts N,CS-1 as reference sample.The results showed that the catalyst PC-1 had highest activity of 32.0kg/g at 70℃,and the activity increased with the quantity of TEA increasing.The activity of PC-1 and the melt flow rate of the polymer could be adjusted by hydrogen effectively.The physical properties of PC-1 were similar to those of catalyst N and CS-1,and under the same polymerization conditions,PC-1 had a higher activity and ability to gain stereospecificity,the mass fraction of powder(bigger than 80 mesh) in PC-1 catalyzed polymer was 0.62%.
