复合絮凝剂聚合氯化铝-凹凸棒的理化性质研究

摘要 以酸化凹凸棒为原料,制备了复合絮凝剂聚合氯化铝-凹凸棒(APAC),考察了APAC溶液盐基度对其pH值、电导率、黏度、Al2O3含量等理化性质的影响。结果表明,随着盐基度的增加,其pH值基本呈上升趋势,电导率则先减小后增大,在盐基度为80%时,电导率最低;黏度随盐基度的增大而降低;Al2O3的质量分数随盐基度的增大先升高后降低,当盐基度为70%时,Al2O3的质量分数最高,为36.20%。 Using HCl modified attapulgite as the main raw material,a compound flocculant polyaluminium chloride-attapulgite(APAC) was prepared.The influences of the basicity of APCA solutions on its physicochemical properties,such as pH value,conductivity,viscosity and the content of Al2O3 et al,were investigated.The results showed that with the basicity of APAC increasing,the pH value increased,the electric conductivity decreased first and then increased and when the basicity was 80%,the conductivity reached the least.With the basicity increasing the viscosity decreased,the mass fraction of Al2O3 increased first and then decreased,and when the basicity was 70%,it reached the highest value(36.20%).
