摘要
分析了0.8万t/a C5加氢石油树脂装置中和水洗工艺中物料发生乳化现象的原因,并在小试的基础上,对装置进行了优化改造。结果表明,高黏度树脂液在从聚合釜进入中和釜时,由于温度骤降致使其黏度迅速增大,出现不溶小微团,这是导致物料发生乳化现象的主要原因。通过采取在聚合釜及中和釜之间增设溶剂稀释釜的改造措施,使树脂液先经稀释使其黏度降低后再进入中和水洗系统,可避免乳化现象的发生,处理后树脂的pH值为6-7,水含量为470-650μg/g,氯含量为21-41μg/g,达到了设计值。
The reasons for the materials emulsification in neutralizing and washing processes 8kt/a hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin unit were analyzed,and the unit was optimized and revamped based on a laboratory test.The results showed that when high viscosity liquid resin flowed from polymerization reactor into neutralization reactor,the insoluble micell occurred,to which the emulsification of reactant was attributed,owing to the sharply decreased temperature resulting in higher viscosity of the polymerization products.The emulsification was eliminated via adding a solvent dilution tank between the polymerization reactor and the neutralization reactor,for the viscosity of resin was reduced by solvent before it entered into the neutralizaing and washing system.pH value of the treated resin was 6-7,and the water content in the resin was 470-650μg /g,chlorine content was 21-41μg/g,which reached the design values.
